The browser extension isn't scanning a page

It can only scan normal web pages (http/https). It can't scan browser settings pages, the Chrome Web Store, or a blank tab. Reload the page and click Scan again.

My grade seems low — is the tool wrong?

The scan runs axe-core (the engine professional auditors use) against WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and reports only what it can actually detect. See what automated scans can and can't prove — automated testing catches a meaningful share of issues but never everything, which is why we're honest about its limits.

How do I cancel a paid plan?

Open your dashboard and click “Manage billing” to cancel, change your card, or view invoices through Stripe's secure portal.

Do you collect my data?

The browser extension runs entirely in your browser and collects nothing. For the website and accounts, see our privacy policy.
